For retail customers and agents:

Clients are allowed to change delivery if the following conditions are satisfied:

Goods are in original condition, stamp labels intact.
Not deformed, scratches, cracks, cling dirty, or there is any indication that any goods quality is altered by the used.
goods must be returned along with the handover documents between suppliers Clara Stylish Life customers with the goods as delivery records, invoices, ...
When returned goods exchange customer will bear the costs as follows:
cost counting and change delivery is 5% of the total volume of exchange to pay.
the cost of public transport spending handling fee on the total amount of barter pay (No. 03 by the unit price and supply)
returned goods exchange time: 10 days after delivery of goods. After 10 days Clara Stylish Life provider will not receive any form of barter.
